Weekend of the Wedding
This is the perfect plan for you if you’re the type of couple that want to plan your own event and want to kick back and relax on your wedding day. You shouldn’t have to be concerned with whether or not the vendors show up, if the centerpieces are on the tables, when to make your grand entrance or when to cut the cake. Weekend of the Wedding package is for the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding, but simply need someone to oversee the big day in order to ensure everything runs smoothly. The package includes:
Unlimited emails and phone calls
2 meetings where we discuss your wishes and finalize logistics
Site inspection of ceremony and reception site to understand your plans and vision
Develop and distribute wedding day itinerary and floor plans for vendors, bridal party, and family
Confirm all venders week of the wedding
Wedding rehearsal coordination
Bridal emergency kit
Coordinating with all vendors
Distribute all final payments and gratuities
Oversee proper placements of table cards, wedding favors, cake table, setup of gifttable, guest book, etc.
Coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting
Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding day with an additional assistant if needed
Secure all gifts and pack up all your items at the end of the event

Full Service Wedding
